Oil separation using foreign oil separators
In addition to our mobile foreign oil separators, it is also possible to connect a stationary unit to an evaporator system. The principle is the same for the stationary unit. All types of foreign oils, whether lubricating oils, hydraulic oils, or bed oils, are separated by up to 95% before they reach the evaporator system.
Foreign oil separation is based on the coalescence principle. Floating foreign oils are removed from the surface by floats and gently fed into an intermediate container. A special coalescence package in the foreign oil separator removes the oil droplets from the emulsion, which is now available in its original freshness.
This ensures that the evaporator system continuously receives good wastewater for treatment and can therefore work even more effectively. The tedious drilling of shell and tube heat exchangers, as is common with vacuum evaporators, is now a thing of the past.
OPTIONS FOR STATIONARY EXTERNAL OIL SEPARATORS
For more effective oil separation, there are also additional options available for the stationary unit of our foreign oil separators. These include a suction unit for feeding the foreign oil separator with a 2 mm prefilter or, optionally, an oil pump that pumps the separated oil into the corresponding container in a level-controlled manner.
