Modules for evaporator systems

filtration with bag filter stations

Thanks to our flexible bag filter stations, bag filters, and double bag filters with drip trays, it is possible to protect evaporator systems from sludge and other contaminants. In addition, the use of bag filter stations saves on expensive cleaning chemicals, reduces cleaning costs, and keeps the heat exchanger clean. Because the evaporator systems become less clogged with sludge, the energy required during the evaporation process is also reduced. The water is also concentrated to a higher degree by the bag filter stations. The less concentrate is produced, the lower the disposal costs. In addition, the bag filter stations are equipped with a two-stage loading indicator so that the filters can be replaced in good time.

filtration with belt filter stations

DThe design and outstanding technology of our belt filter stations have been influenced by years of expertise in the field of filtration and pre-filtration. The filter stations consist of a combination of a storage tank and precisely tailored filter and separation technology. Whether you want to remove oil, sludge, or tiny particles from your process water, our belt filter stations can be optimally adapted to your needs and help you significantly increase the efficiency of your evaporator system. The filter fineness can be varied by using different filter fleeces.

Oil separation with foreign oil separator

In addition to our mobile foreign oil separators, it is also possible to connect a stationary unit to an evaporator system. The principle is the same for the stationary unit. All types of foreign oils, whether lubricating oils, hydraulic oils, or bed oils, are separated by up to 95% before they reach the evaporator system. Foreign oil separation is based on the coalescence principle. Floating foreign oils are removed from the surface by floats and gently fed into an intermediate container. A special coalescence package in the foreign oil separator removes the oil droplets from the emulsion, which is now available in its original freshness. This ensures that the evaporator system continuously receives good wastewater for treatment and can therefore work even more effectively. The tedious drilling of shell and tube heat exchangers, as is common with vacuum evaporators, is now a thing of the past.

evaporator modules for fluid transport

We offer a selection of different fluid delivery modules for your evaporator system, tailored precisely to the task at hand. They can be used to regulate the pressure in the system and can transport a wide variety of process media, regardless of the degree of contamination. Our fluid delivery modules can also be used to control cycle times and switching times. The pump modules are standardized and can be integrated into the piping or software using suitable interfaces. In addition, the module can be replaced at any time if requirements change.

Fluid modules for quality monitoring

During the production process, e.g., in the internal circuit of a painting or grinding plant, certain quality characteristics such as pH value, turbidity, conductivity, or flow rate of the process media must be continuously monitored. Thanks to the fluid modules for our evaporator systems, warning messages can be sent, changes made to the process, or specific valves controlled. The fluid modules thus serve to continuously monitor quality and automate the process. This guarantees zero liquid discharge. This means that no water is lost throughout the entire cycle, all process media are treated, and 100% of the water is reused.

Fluid aftertreatment modules

If the process media still need to be treated after evaporation, we also have a number of fluid post-treatment modules available that can be connected downstream of the evaporator. These can be used, for example, to separate residual oil, reduce the chemical oxygen demand using PCS units, desalinate the distillate using ion exchangers, or sterilize it using UV disinfection. Activated carbon filters for post-treatment of the distillate or exhaust air can also be used if required.

Fluid storage modules

Our PPH tanks guarantee high processing quality. The feed and concentrate tanks for fluid storage are equipped with a sloping bottom so that the sludge slides toward the outlet. This makes it easier to pump out. In addition, the fluid storage tanks are protected with a lid to prevent contamination from outside. Our feed and concentrate tanks for evaporator systems are available in a wide range of sizes.
